With over 14 years of experience in marketing, sales, and management, Nick Natale combines his real-world business experience with a straight forward approach on how to tackle common people challenges and related employee issues. Nick has risen through his career from his beginnings as an outside sales representative, then as a marketing manager and finally on to being owner of his own business. After graduating from The University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a Business Marketing degree, Nick’s career allowed him to work with Scott Paper Company, Air Components & Systems (Ingersoll-Rand industrial distributorship), American Secure Care (Magnavox OEM and distribution company) and currently as proprietor and owner of Pro View Systems, Inc.
As founder and president of Pro View Systems, Inc.— a Knoxville, TN company that provides a broad series of online assessment and profiling tools – Nick is abreast of the challenges facing business leaders when it comes to people-related issues and is adept in the tools, processes and solutions which address these issues and create positive advancements and results for companies.
